From tax specialist to team leader

We are currently represented in various roles through secondment at approximately 15 different municipalities, including the municipalities of Haarlem, Dijk en Waard, Schiedam , and Roosendaal . These roles range from enforcement officer to supervisor, from safety broker to team leader.

Personal attention and development are our top priorities. Every employee seconded to a municipality through us has their own training and coaching needs, which we address. To us, every employee is unique. Besides maintaining close communication with our staff, we also believe it’s important to have close communication with the team leaders /management of the municipality in question. This keeps us well-informed, keeps us up-to-date on current developments, and allows us to provide timely assistance where needed. Because our management team has expert knowledge of the relevant subject matter, we can effectively support our staff where needed.
